Hi gorgeous
Yesterday I was at a party and the normal “What do you do?” question came up.
๐ธ In the ’90s I’d have said “I design for software and write web sites”, because the phrase Graphical User Interface Designer hadn’t been invented then.
๐ธ In 2000 I would have said I took redundancy and started what’s going to become Europe’s largest superfood business.
๐ธ In 2005 I would have said “I wrote and published the world’s first raw food recipes in my book Naked Chocolate with David Wolfe, and have 4 other books born or to come.”
๐ธ In 2012 I’d have said “I had the world’s only raw food TV series on Sky, sold my multiple 8 figure business, retired and paid the mortgage off my million pound house.”
๐ธ In 2014 I’d have said “I help coaches and healers grow businesses”
๐ธ And even last year I could have said “My meditation app has been listened to over 3.6 BILLION times.”
And all of that would have been perfectly understood and people would have gone “Oooooh, ahhhh!”
But not now.
Now I get to have people look at me funny and edge away, like they did yesterday.
๐ธ Because in 2025 I get to say “I downloaded a brand new Bliss system from Sirius B, and I’ve trained 23 guides so far who are having amazing results, and the best part is that my dog Ripley is the one transmitting the bliss into their clients, because he’s now back on that planet.”
Believe me, this is NOT WHAT I EXPECTED OUT OF MY LIFE.
Over the past few months I have said to many of my friends “It’s too weird” and they’ve said back
“BUT YOU’VE ALWAYS BEEN WEIRD”
I didn’t think I had. I’ve been more successful than anyone else I know.
I never let anything stop me.
๐ป But then I remember the reason me and David wrote Naked Chocolate. The cacao gods told us to. They really did.
๐ป And I remember running a shamanic temple for about a decade, visioning with all the astral being.
๐ป And I thought back to my childhood where I’d see ghosts on the regs.
So. I guess I can’t disagree. I’ve always been weird, and now I’m letting it all out for the world to see.
ARGH.
But you know what’s even more weird?
The state of the world.
I mean WTF IS GOING ON???
Do any of us still have a vision of a paradise life, where we get to be mostly in nature, where anyone destroying the world gets their power removed, and where we are guardians of all animals, keeping them safe from human harm?
Or did we leave that dream back in the early 2000s with our yoga bums and kale juices?
I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to reclaim the vision of paradise, and it starts with the heart… as ever.
It’s too easy to become enmeshed with world events, and that takes us away from our vision.
I myself am guilty of ranting on Twitter until I got my recent download. And then it just tasted way too bitter.
Because ranting is not how people like US change the world. We do it energetically, we always have.
