"Mental Shazzie, I love it. We really are one! I had to make an emergency appointment to see my kinesiologist today. I was already juice-fasting when I started reading Ecstatic Beings, and after reading the urine stuff I decided to step-up my fast by drinking all my urine (until some point in the evening when I have to stop so that I can actually sleep!). A big issue came to a head and I felt awful, so I called my kinesiologist and she said she could fit me in the next day (it's never that quick, I was expecting an appt in a week or two). My treatment was all about transcendence, being "in my essence", getting into the flow and getting on track with my grand plan.
